1.the ground foundation requirements of the machine room:

The installation of the machine must be on a horizontal ground or a concrete ground with sufficient strength, and the general thickness should be greater than 200mm to ensure that the unit can be placed flat.

2.Pay special attention to the size of the generator room

After the unit is successfully installed, there must generally be enough space to accommodate the following equipment that you may want to place in the same room: generator set, daily fuel tank, unit-related control cabinet, parallel cabinet, etc. It is recommended that the unit should be installed in the machine room at least one meter away from any wall, box or control cabinet to facilitate daily inspection and maintenance of the unit.

3. Ventilation issues in the machine room

There must be enough fresh air in the machine room for diesel combustion and cooling of the unit. If necessary, ventilation ducts can be installed and a forced ventilation system can be used. The air inlet or exhaust area of the machine room should be at least twice the heat dissipation area.
